Hence why our organisation takes extra steps to ensure the same caregivers are assigned to you, all of which specialise in the area that is relevant to your needs.
We employ people from different ethnic backgrounds and where possible we match carers who share the same religion, culture and can speak the same language as you, in order to understand your needs, which in turn helps provide better care.
